Information you provide directly

When you fill out a contact form, use our chat widget, or call our office, you may provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, lead volume, and any messages or questions you submit.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect: your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referral source. Site analytics run on our own self-hosted analytics platform (Matomo) on our infrastructure; analytics cookies are set only after you accept them via the consent banner (see Section 7).

2. How we use your information

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

• Responding to inquiries: to reply to your contact form submissions, chat messages, and phone calls.
• Sales and follow-up: to conduct the free AI Adoption Audit and follow up on proposals or engagements.
• Marketing communications: to send relevant information about our services. You can opt out at any time.
• Improving our services: to understand how visitors use our website and improve our content and offerings.

3. How your data is processed

Form submissions, chat messages, and booking requests are processed by our own backend systems (api.37dev.com) and stored on our infrastructure — they are not routed through third-party form or chat services. We use the following service providers:

• Anthropic: AI processing for our chat assistant; messages you send in the chat are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses.
• Google (Tag Manager): tag management for site analytics and marketing measurement, loaded subject to your cookie consent.
• Cloudflare: content delivery and security; Cloudflare processes network traffic to serve and protect the site.
• Scheduling (book.37dev.com): consultation bookings are made through our scheduling system; the name, email, and phone you enter there are used to create your appointment.

Our site typefaces are self-hosted — loading this site makes no font requests to Google or any other third-party font service. Each provider above processes your data only as required to perform the service.

4. Data retention

• Contact information (name, email, phone, business): retained until you request deletion or 3 years of inactivity.
• Marketing communications: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Chat session data: retained for 90 days, then purged.

5. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including the right to know what personal data we hold about you, the right to request deletion of your data, and the right to opt out of marketing communications. Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA). California residents have rights under the CCPA; see our CCPA Rights page.

7. Cookies & tracking technologies

When you first visit, we show a consent banner. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you accept — either by clicking Accept or by continuing to scroll or browse, as the banner discloses. If you decline, those cookies are not set. We also use your browser's local storage to remember your consent choice and to retain form state during your visit. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's cookies and site data for 37dev.com.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are directed at businesses and their representatives, not individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information about a minor, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
