We use Matomo Analytics in cookieless mode — this means we do not place tracking cookies on your device.

Twilio
SMS delivery — used to send appointment reminders and follow-up messages to those who opt in.
SendGrid
Email delivery — used to send transactional emails, appointment confirmations, and marketing campaigns.
Retell.ai
AI voice assistant — handles inbound phone calls and routes appointment requests to our team.
Each provider operates under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us and processes your data only as directed.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses Matomo Analytics configured in cookieless mode. This means we do not place any tracking cookies on your device. We use sessionStorage (a browser feature that is cleared when you close your tab) to store UTM marketing parameters during your visit. No persistent tracking data is stored on your device.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information about a minor, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
