Treatment decisions are made during in-person consultations with licensed, board-certified providers. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice.

When using the Site, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information in all forms and communications, use the Site only for lawful purposes, not attempt to interfere with the Site's functionality or security, and not submit spam, automated requests, or malicious content through our forms or chat.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with our scheduling or patient portal systems.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments booked through the Site are subject to our cancellation policy. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or the requirement of a deposit for future bookings. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If we are unable to resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action as described in Section 10.
